Our flexible strips are magnetically supersaturated in a multple poles magnetization pattern. The magnetic strength is evenly distributed across the surface. Permanent magnetism is guaranteed as long as the material is not subjected to a demagnetization force.

LAMINATIONS:
A variety of high quality laminations are available in the form of vinyls and pressure sensitive adhesives (PSA) that are typically applied to the non-magnetic (weak) side of the strip.

MAGNETIC STRENGTH
The most popular thickness of magnetic strip is 0.060" because it provides a substantial amount of strength for most strip applications. The thicker the flexible magnets, the stronger the magnetic strength. Under ideal test conditions, magnetic strips can be rated in approximate pounds of pull force per foot.

TEMPERATURE RESISTANCE
Operation temperature range is recommended from -40ºF to 160ºF (-40ºC to 71ºC).
